Welcome
Empathy | Trust | Art

Vision
We believe art can revolutionize the way teams connect and collaborate. Through engaging with powerful visual works, teams unlock fresh perspectives, foster deeper understanding, and build trust—transforming workplace culture into one rooted in innovation, empathy, and shared purpose.
What We Do
At ETA, we believe trust is the foundation of any thriving team. Studies show that workplaces with high trust see 50% lower turnover rates, proving that when people feel valued and connected, they stay and grow together.
We offer something truly unique: using the practice of visual literacy and deep looking, paired with leadership and culture development, to help teams build authentic relationships. Through shared art experiences, we create spaces for teams to connect, uncover shared values, and develop the kind of trust that leads to stronger, more resilient workplaces.
In today’s world, where retention and connection matter more than ever, these moments of genuine engagement can make all the difference. Let’s create something transformative together.

In a 2 hour facilitated museum session, your group will deeply engage with 4-5 artworks, starting with mindful observation followed by guided meaningful discussion. Participants take part in creative responses inspired by the pieces, sharing their creations and reflections. The experience fosters personal connections to the art and builds community through collaborative exploration and expression.
This team is looking at Cadmium Over Black by Adolph Gottlieb, painted in 1957; it uses bold color contrasts to evoke a sense of tension and balance. In a similar way, the team’s “knees to knees” conversations create a space where members can openly explore inner conflicts around their values, experiences, and work. These honest, face-to-face dialogues help team members connect on a deeper level, allowing them to better understand each other and work through differences with empathy and trust.
